This system facilitates the submission of formal data requests to the Authority, streamlining the process for our customers.

The system will cater for all data requests from various entities, including academics, students, non-academic individuals, commercial entities, companies, and other government agencies.

Regardless of the nature of the request, users can now easily initiate the process through the e-Citizen platform.
