Mrs.Lusimba is a seasoned Community/Social development expert with a wealth of experience on matters water resources, environment, natural resource and project management. She has over 15 years’ experience in the field of resource mobilization, community engagement, design, planning and implementation of various projects geared towards conservation of water resources, social development and livelihood enhancement. In her professional career, she has undertaken various professional courses in water, environment and natural resource conservation courses in Kenya, Uganda, Japan, Netherlands, Israel and USA which has enhanced her skills, competencies and rendered her a resourceful person and expert in her profession. Her passion for community livelihood enhancement through conservation is unrivalled with demonstrated competencies on development of policy, guidelines, governance, standards and framework for Water Resources Users Associations across Kenya. She is also a member of the International Association of Community Development (IACD).
