The World Bank through Kenya Water Security Climate & Resilience Project has developed the six Basin Plans for Lake Victoria North, Lake Victoria South, Rift Valley, Athi, Tana, and Ewaso Ngiro North basin areas through public consultation and are ready for implementation. The Basin Plans developed will enable build WRA’s Institutional capacity and strengthen its Institutional structure to protect, conserve, control and regulate use of water resources.
